Wedding Tip of the Week: Don't underestimate the time allotted for pictures

A lot of sales managers, catering managers and wedding coordinators understand that good wedding pictures require some time. But there are still a few who tell brides, “An hour will be plenty.”

No, it won’t.

Family pictures will require about half an hour, then add travel time to campus (or wherever) and travel to the reception venue, and poof! The time is gone.

Bottom Line: When planning your day-of-timeline, consult with your photographer directly about how much time will be needed to take your pictures, and don't forget to include travel time to any locations, and wait times if you are going to a popular place such as the Lion Shrine.
