Wedding Planning Timeline Tips: 9 Months Before the Wedding
9 Months until the wedding! A little more research and a few more decisions this month. Don't forget to pay attention to your pre-cana or other pre-marital classes or counseling that you may be required to have by your officiant or religion - those classes are usually structured to take a certain amount of time and it is a rude surprise if you can't get them done in time!
The Tips in written form:
9 Months before the wedding
Start a wedding registry for gifts
Research and arrange hotel blocks for out-of-town guests
Meet with florists
Arrange for any day-of transportation (limos, etc)
If your ceremony site or officiant requires it, pay attention to when you need to do your religious education or pre-marital counseling
Select your menu with your caterer or venue
If your venue doesn’t provide alcohol, research and hire a bartender (*Make sure they are a certified, licensed and insured bartender!) and decide on what drinks are needed
